Your metabolic rate is your best friend when it comes to weight control as it's the rate at which you burn calories so, anything that increases it and keeps it running at a higher level for longer will really help in keeping off those pounds.

Reduced Body Fat

Once again your metabolic rate is the key and you need to keep it running at an increased level for as long as ossible.  REVIVE SCHOOOL CLASSES are on average 1 hour 15 mins long, but the exercise will keep your body burning calories at a higher rate for many hours afterwards.

Improved Muscle Tone

Pole dancing uses your own body weight as resistance. This means that your muscle tone and definition will improve but you won't gain the bulk that can come from using weights. ​

Pole dancing is not just about fitness and at REVIVE we teach it first and foremost as a dance form. This means that as you progress through your training, the process of learning the steps, moves and spins increases your awareness of how your body works and thus improves your coordination.
